These terms describe what eToro Swap is, what it isn't, and the responsibilities of using it. Using the app means you accept them.
What eToro Swap is
eToro Swap is a thin client that speaks to the eToro public API on your behalf. It lets you close one position and open another in a single sequenced flow. All trading, custody, and account ownership remain with eToro Group Ltd. — Swap is the front-end that orchestrates the calls.
We don't custody your funds or keys
Your funds remain in your eToro account at all times. Your API keys live in an encrypted session cookie on your browser; we do not run a server-side database, vault, or backup. If you sign out, the keys are gone.
All trades execute on eToro at your own risk
When you confirm a swap, the app calls eToro's execution endpoints with your keys. Trading carries risk. Market conditions can change between preview and execution. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are responsible for every trade you confirm.
Provided AS-IS, no warranty
The app is provided AS-IS, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the authors and operators are not liable for losses, missed trades, API outages, or any other damages arising from using the app.
